We made the service absolutely free for them, provided the necessary spare parts. From the end of April, they began to return to work, customers asked to send the goods by Novaya Poshta or pick them up by self-delivery.
The first sales started in mid-April. Can you roughly estimate the scale of the losses due to the stoppage of business, sales? The biggest losses are related to logistics. At the beginning of the war, on February 26, a new batch of goods was to arrive at the port of Odessa. Given the events, it was shipped to a neighboring country and brought to Ukraine only in July. In the current conditions, it is difficult to work out new logistics ways, build routes and negotiate with transport companies, but it must be done. It's always better to have backup options as an insurance. We established a partnership with a representative of our brand in Poland. They are very loyal, they try to help with unloading and loading.
